2023, Brave New Wine ‘Magical Animal’ Chardonnay, Porongurup, Great Southern, Western Australia

The new release of Magical Animal is here, an elegant balance between richer yeast autolytic notes and a clean and vibrant acidity. Nutty, spicy, slightly woodsy with plenty of fresh melon and green apple. Can happily drink now, or cellar down for up to 8 years. Pairs fantastically with pork, rich pasta sauces or dairy based seafood dishes.
