Cal Says: A chardonnay that celebrates oak influences rather than shying away from it. Big, bold, with a rich and unctuous mouthfeel. Will comfortably hold up to fatty proteins but also a great wine for charcuterie and cheeses. Will cellar comfortably for 5-10 years but will happily drink now
