Through the Fryer and Flames: Fire Kitchen’s second year at Vivid with Chris Taylor

This year’s Vivid is truly turning out to be something special. Among the many new exhibitions, we’ve got some that managed to make such an impact that they earned a spot at the festival once again, one of those being Fire Kitchen at The Goods Line. This amazing exhibition features a varied array of chefs, both local and international, specialized in all sorts of cuisines. And not only that, but at the end of each demonstration you’ll get to eat a sample!
Today at 2SER we’ve got the opportunity to talk to the exhibit’s host, Chris Taylor, an English chef on his own merit who has traveled all around the world and is now the face of this exciting exhibition! During this exclusive interview, Chris gives us insights about the lineup and thematic intent of Fire Kitchen as well as his experience as its host!
