Founder of the Portrait Exchange, Jaslyn Brown came in the studio to talk to Stef about her growing community art event. Held at El Faro Gallery in Newtown, Portrait Exchange invites people to draw each other’s portraits, swap them, and enjoy live music in a warm, inclusive space.

Jaslyn shared how the event began, and evolved through rooftops and vintage shops, to now becoming a tightly knit community and en emerging alternative DIY space.
