The community services sector in Tasmania is urging the incoming government to priotise the needs of people and not just the interests of the AFL.

A coalition of 16 non-government organisations have welcomed commitments from the three major parties to establish a partnership with the community sector after Saturday’s election.

The Tasmanian Council of Social Service CEO Adrienne Piccone says the government cannot ignore the cost-of-living crisis facing thousands of Tasmanians.
