Joel Cunningham’s ‘The Things We Become’
Eleanor from The Friday Daily spoke with Artist Joel Cunningham who joined us in studio to chat about his upcoming exhibition ‘The Things We Become’, that’s being held across the 2nd and 3rd of August. It depicts some of his vivid and vibrant collection of new and recent works drawn from the imaginative chaos of fatherhood, nightlife, nostalgia, and the characters we become (or hold onto) as we grow older. We discussed his connection to Malawi and some of his inspirations for his work from this exhibition as well as throughout his career.
