Local hypnotic avant-rock legends Infinity Broke are back with their fourth album, This Masthead, a cunning collection of controlled chaos.

Formed in 2013 by Jamie Hutchings of  Bluebottle Kiss, Infinity Broke are a quartet that have been described by Rolling Stone Australia as ‘a powerful exercise in dissonance, rhythm, and melody’.

This Masthead was recorded over five days at Stranded Studios in Bellambi, NSW by Cody Moore, inspired by rhythm-heavy jam sessions. Whilst a claustrophobic push and pull informs much of it, there are moments of ethereal beauty as well as lyrical rabbit warrens.
