Indigenous engineer transforms waste into concrete

National Science Week continues, with over 2,000 events happening across Australia.
I spoke to Associate Professor Shannon Kilmartin-Lynch, a proud Taungurung man about using sustainable engineering to make a real impact.
Shannon has helped turn everyday waste like used coffee grounds into stronger, eco-friendly concrete.
His work is not only changing how we build, but also showing how science and Indigenous knowledge can work together to care for Country.
