‘I Was There’ – An exhibition on Sydney’s nightlife

This week in Friday Drive our host Max Mahood was in conversation with Sydney based photographer Jack Moran about his upcoming exhibition ‘I Was There’, documenting Sydney’s nightlife from 2017 to the present.
His first solo show, it captures Sydney’s evolving nightlife through images. Starting three years after the controversial lockout laws were introduced in Sydney, it includes images up to 2025, observing Sydney’s social side from dusk til dawn.
The show opens at Studio 551 in Newtown on Friday the 28th at 6pm, with free coffee available on Saturday and Sunday morning, and a free acoustic gig scheduled for Sunday afternoon. Find out more on how to RSVP and what’s happening during the exhibition via the links below.
