‘I see you like this’… An interactive art experience for you and your kids!
School holidays are back, and if you’re a parent, you might feel a bit overwhelmed about keeping your kids busy. Luckily, the annual Spot On Children’s Festival in Parramatta is here to help!
As part of the festival, there are free courtyard games, sing-a-long activities, dance parties and engaging performances at the Riverside theatre in Parramatta.
One key event is an interactive art-making experience called I see you like this. Artist Jessica Wilson has created this experience where kids can make portraits of their parents using their parents’ actual physical faces as the canvas.
Monday Daily host Eva Greifeneder, chatted to Wilson about the inspiration behind the project, her international success and how kids love this cheeky opportunity to decorate their parents!
I see you like this runs from the 7th-9th October.
Check out Spot On Children’s Festival for lots of fun events to do with your kids these school holidays!
