The Literacy for Life Foundation has a big dream – bringing literacy to Aboriginal communities.

The Literacy For Life Foundation, a 100% Aboriginal run organisation, is turning the tide on adult illiteracy amongst Aboriginal Australians and overcoming the barriers that adults experience when learning how to read.

The Literacy for Life Foundation knows that lifting adult literacy levels in Aboriginal communities has the potential to be THE game-changer in tackling Indigenous disadvantage. Unlocking the power of English literacy has the potential to unlock whole new pathways of improved health, greater opportunities and stronger communities.
