Gaza academics keeps college running under bombardment

Israel’s bombardment of Gaza has devastated education as students and staff have faced loss of life, destruction of infrastructure and multiple displacements.
Universities and colleges have been forced to suspend classes as buildings have been destroyed and staff and students killed by bombing in the past 2 years.
Teachers from the Palestine Technical College at Deir al Balah in Gaza have attempted to keep classes running, even amid the blockade and bombardment. Displaced families are now living on the campus. Despite the lack of equipment and facilities, the teachers are persisting with e-learning for their students.
