Felicia Djamirze: Accessory

Felicia Djamirze has lived an extraordinary life. She’s a former Head Hooter at Hooters, and a three time Miss Australia winner. But behind the scenes, Felicia’s life was far from glamorous.
Felicia is a former gangland girlfriend. After a police raid which saw her sustain horrific injuries from a flashbang grenade, Felicia was charged with drug trafficking alongside her boyfriend. But after pleading guilty and recovering from her injuries, Felicia has gone down a very different path. She’s now a counsellor and women’s advocate, and is making a positive impact on the lives of other women rebuilding after criminal convictions.
Felicia joined The Wednesday Daily’s Nelson Scott to discuss her extraordinary life and her memoir, Accessory.
Felicia will appear with her co-author Erin O’Dwyer for a free Author Talk at Ryde Library on Monday, the 25th of August.
