Born in Russia and raised on traditional folk songs, EBS carries that early influence into her deeply layered compositions, blending it with the nuanced storytelling of artists like Billie Marten and Moses Sumney. A graduate in Jazz Performance, EBS crafts an intimate sonic world where classical sensibilities meet modern indie-folk, resulting in tracks like Miss Yellow and Stained Glass—songs that feel both nostalgic and refreshingly contemporary.
