New Music with Steph Liong

This week on New Music, Steph Liong has brought us some olds, some news, and some far-aways.

Starting with renowned music producer, DJ and multi-instrumentalist Will Holland, also known as Quantic.

Holland’s new album Atlantic Oscillation is a pulsing, fun and dancey one – complete with marimba rhythms and deep bass lines.

2SER’s listened and we can assure you, you’ll be bobbing your head along to this one.

Next up, is something closer to home. New Melbourne-based trio, A.T.O.M has surfaced, and they are a force.

Their album In Every Dream Home is a dark-hued, dystopian debut that is edgy in all the right places.

Have a listen to ‘Run Out‘, to fully get a sense of A.T.O.M’s New Wave punk rebellion.

Taking us out, we have Bedouine. The Syrian-born singer-songwriter is back with a lush second album, titled Bird Songs of a Kill Joy.

Based in LA, Bedouine has infused this new track with a series of sunny, oozing melodies that are totally classic.

Pull this one up on a rainy day, it’ll be perfect listening with a coffee in-hand.

Tune in to hear Tess and Steph speaking on these new artists!
