The Mary Wallopers are Pub Rock

The Mary Wallopers are Ireland’s most outspoken group, which is a hotly contested title, an awesome band here to say to anyone that if you think that folk music is nothing but a relic of the past, you might not be ready for the future.

The Mary Wallopers take on century old songs and new blistering originals and are truly one of a kind.

They’ll be in town on Saturday 13 September at the Enmore Theatre. Charles Hendy from The Mary Wallopers joined 2SER Breakfast to chat about turning this station into a pub.
