Resilience, Bullying and AI in Psychology With Dr Belinda Khong

The September issue of the Sydney Observer sees regular contributor and psychologist Dr. Belinda Khong speak on the need for resilience in children. She discusses the need not to overprotect kids, but the importance of teaching them not to see themselves as a victim, and to be equipped with the mental skills to persevere in adversity, reinforcing their self-confidence and further developing their resilience.

Belinda spoke with Jess and Campbell on Tuesday Daily to discuss her thoughts on the dangers of overprotecting kids, the balance between guiding and intervention when it comes to bullying, plus the reality of AI in psychology.
