Issues in Early Childcare regulation and legislations are under the microscope right now following the case of alleged sexual misconduct in Victoria.

Consequently, the Australian Parliament has issued a new bill that gives the Department of Education the power to cut funding to child care centres that aren’t up to standards.

But there are worries about the regulations required and the accessibility of credentials like Working with Children’s Check’s.
