As soaring grocery prices inundate supermarkets, many Australians are struggling to put food on the table as well as healthy food.

This has put off shoppers going to the supermarkets giving them very few costs friendly options, elevating the food insecurity problem.

But Food co-ops which have been popular around the country could be the answer to this issue of food security.
