Born in the French Alps, but growing up in Australia and New Zealand, Lili Alaska draws from her French heritage in her music. The singer also is one half of the duo, Lili & James, and fronts the Sydney/Eora band, Tabloid.

Lili Alaska spoke about language barriers and translations, and how to balance leading both a band and being a solo artist.
