Have you ever noticed the little gold and silver medals on a wine label, do you ever wonder how they get there and who’s awarding them.  In Australia we have over 70 unique wine shows all with their own panels of judges who score wines and award these various medals. 2022, Rezaglia ‘di Renzo: Cabernets’ Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Central Ranges N.S.W.

A modern approach to the classic Bordeaux blend, with fruit sourced from Orange, Bathurst and the Renzaglia home block in O’Connell. Medium weight, and showing the elegance and power of Cabernet Franc. Notes of forest berries, tomato leaf with a fine pencil shaving tannin. Drinks great now and will happily age for another 10 years, pairs beautiful with red meats, mushrooms, or hearty sauces.
