How old are you really? Are biological age tests worth it?

You’ve seen it on social media: a simple blood or saliva test promises to tell you your ‘biological age’ and how well you’re aging.

But how good are these tests? Do they actually give you info you can use to manage your health?

Hassan Vally is an Associate Professor in Epidemiology at Deakin University, and he’s looked into these tests and their usefulness.

He joined us on the Thursday Daily this morning to talk about what he found.
