Utzon Music 2025 celebrates human curiosity and cultural discovery, welcoming a cast of 28 talented international and homegrown musicians to perform music of European, Norwegian, Persian, Scottish and contemporary Australian origin. It’s curated by celebrated arts advocate, composer and recorder virtuoso Genevieve Lacey, back at the Sydney Opera House’s cherished Utzon Music series.

Genevieve joined Jess on Tuesday Daily to discuss the exciting directions in contemporary classical music, her vision for the series and what audiences can expect from the rest of this year’s program.
