We sat down with the winner of the 2025 Archibald Prize, artist and educator Julie Fragar. Julie won the prize with her portrait painting “Flagship Mother Multiverse”, a depiction of her friend and fellow artist Justene Williams. We chatted about her inspirations for the piece, and the process of submitting for the Archibald.
